Mr. Kasemsan Siripanthong founded the company in 2003 under the name
KS Engineering Office. With a solid academic background in Civil and
Infrastructure Engineering (B.Eng. in Civil Engineering, M.Eng. in Infrastructure
Engineering), he has led the company through more than two decades of growth and
transformation.

The company was initially established under the name “KS ENGINEERING OFFICE” on October 1, 2003 (B.E. 2546), with the objective of providing engineering and architectural design services.
In 2006 (B.E. 2549), KS ENGINEERING OFFICE was restructured into “KS ENGINEERING OFFICE LIMITED Partnership” to expand and integrate the scope of its services.
Present Day and Services
Since 2012 (B.E. 2555) to the present, we have operated as KS Design and Consultants Co., Ltd. providing comprehensive design support, project management, and supervision services for all types of buildings, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
